Founder and Director, Felecia Owsian, has been dancing competitively for six years all over the state of California. Sparkle Dance Academy is her outlet for her passion and experience in sharing her love for dance with others, as it is for all her fellow instructors.

Every student who enters the studio will be given personalized instruction by teachers who think of dance not as a hobby, but as an art form, and the ultimate expression of emotion.
